We stayed one night as we passed through Porto Alegre. Front desk staff was great & very helpful. Bed was comfortable, AC worked great, extra blanket/pillow available. No safe. Great, they were sweet and let me check in on arrival before the 3:00 pm check in time on the wall. Professional staff that took care of me and they make sure I was satisfied. The restaurant is great, delicious food.
