Property was within great walking distance of dining and shopping. Had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. Parking was a little tricky and the rooms could use some updating but everything was maintained excellently.

Loved this place on an unexpected stay in Portland due to bad weather in the mountains. Location is great for food and shopping, and seemed to be a good jumping off spot for downtown activities. The staff was helpful and kind, and room was everything we needed at a good price.

We had to ask for a different room because the first one smelled so strongly like fish that we couldn’t get past it. The second room smelled like dirty feet and sweat super strong. But we just stuck with it because it’s better than fish. There was red smeared stains all over the top sheet that they put over the comforter, and a big red stain IN the sheets. We also found a pair of dirty men’s underwear and socks in the dresser. I will say that the front desk staff were awesome and very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was gross. Would never stay here again.

The overall experience staying at Park Lane Suites & Inn was good. I stayed in one of the 'suites,' which is in the main building and the room was comfortable and served its purpose. One of the outlets in the living room did not work, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The walls are thin, but I expected that based on reading reviews before booking. The front desk staff was helpful, and offered restautrant reccomendtions around town.
