"Excellent value and feels like a true hidden gem in Florence. It’s clean, updated, and very well managed, with a lot more charm and personality than a standard hotel. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, with good storage space, a small fridge, a desk, and a nicely renovated bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and despite being on a tram line, it was very quiet at night — we slept well and never heard other guests. The host and staff were friendly, relaxed, and very accommodating....

"Great stay! The hotel is only about a 10 minute walk from the train station. It was pretty easy to locate. The hotel was clean and the workers friendly. We only stayed for 1 night but it was great. Beautiful modern shower and amenities. The free breakfast buffet was amazing and we loved it, it was an added touch. Would stay here again."
