Port Said Governorate Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Modern hotel, spacious and luxurious room, spotlessly clean. Staff always very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was basic, but had a good selection including pancake, omelet and a yogurt. The swimming pool and outside dining area gave great views of the pyramids, although the pool was too cold to venture in for a swim (this was January, might be different in the summer). The location was ideal for the Giza Plataeu, with the entrance only a couple of minutes walk around the corner, and reception always happy to provide taxis or arrange trips for you. Although advertised as having a restaurant and bar, there was neither in the hotel. The manager arranged for pizzas to be delivered to our rooms one evening which i believe were sourced externally.

The staff were very welcoming. The room was very cosy and oversaw the beautiful pyramids.

They arranged seamless airport transfers, organized fantastic tours, and were always available with helpful suggestions and genuine hospitality. Their professionalism and kindness elevated our trip in every way. If you’re visiting the area and want a stress‑free, memorable experience with people who truly care about their guests, Galaxy Pyramids is the place to stay. We couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful service and would happily return.
