The gueat servixe experience was exceptional. The property itself is new and extremely well kept. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Property is very near Lighthouse Beach as well as just down the road from the port recreational area. We will definately be back.
The only two things we didn’t like was that our room smelled heavily of chlorine the entire time we were there and the ac unit in the room made a loud vibrating noise.
This is a great hotel. 2nd time there and I will go back again if I need to visit Port Lavaca in the future.

Once Unhappy Twice Charged
Sent a crew to this location for a few days while we are working in the area. Service at the front desk was very inexperienced and had issues getting them checked in. A day later the crew members discovered their cards had been charged in full for the rooms even thought they had been paid in advance through the Hotels.com app. When reaching out to Hamton the General manager was not any help in getting the situation resolved and additional steps were needed to get the issues corrected by contacting the credit card companies to get issues resolved. So over all if you stay here double check all of your charges and expect no help for the front desk or management.
Only problem is a very noisy air conditioner fan. Kept me awake.
I did mention it at the front desk as I checked out.
