The property is well maintained and clean. Good for any groups, beautiful pool and hot tub for whole family beach is just walking distance. Temple Resort and spa is the best. Definitely we will come back in future our kids really missed the pools.

Wonderful 2BR penthouse apartment and beautiful resort and pool. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. We travelled at the end of January and the resort was very quiet. Kids loved the pool. Definitely recommend not booking through the resort’s website - our rate from Wotif was a bit over one third of the resort’s quoted rate. And recommend getting a Woolworths delivery the afternoon you arrive. Shops are 25 mins walk away, which is a bit rough in summer.

My expectations were not met - Overpriced

At 450$CA per night and after seeing all the nice pictures of the property on the Hotels.com website, our expectations were high: rooftop, jacuzzi, BBQ, 2-BDR unit and more. We arrived at the resort at night by car and our first impressions were very good: apartment was clean, large rooms, well equipped kitchen, efficient washer and dryer, it appeared that certain rooms have been refurbished some years ago, large balcony with nice furniture and the rooftop seemed to have lots of potential. It was different the day after. The apartment is located at the end of a building right next to a path that is one of the main access to the pool and from the pool to the beach. So you have no privacy on the balcony and even in the apartment because of the glass doors. It is a family resort so expect many kids in the pool and the associated noise. The jacuzzi is probably 15 years old and more, no water heater and half of the water jets don’t work, so not a pleasant experience. Wanted to cook steaks and sides on the BBQ and have dinner on the rooftop with a good bottle of wine. I was very disappointed and frustrated when the heat stopped 10 minutes after ignition. No gas! The spare gas bottle was empty too. Contacted the owner who told me to borrow a gas bottle from a neighbour while his own bottles we attached and locked to the BBQ. Not the answer I expected and my dinner was ruined. Another thing to consider: there is only one bathroom and it is small. Bottom line: some good and some bad

This was a privately owned room in the Pullman Resort. Room was ok but the description and photos were misleading. Description was King Spa Studio 266 but there was no spa. We could see where it used to be in the room by the mis-matched floor tiles. Having a spa in the room was one of the reasons we booked this accommodation. We were quite disappointed to find there wasnt a spa in the room. Also on a lesser note the pillows in the room were terrible. I contacted the owners regarding these issues but never had a reply. Dont think we will stay there again as there is much better accommodation in Port Dougls at similar pricing.

Our stay here was really disappointing. While the resort itself was nice, and the location good, this privately rented room was a disappointment. Some of the issues we have listed below: 1. We received notification that our room was ready right at the check-in time of 2pm. However, our room was not ready, and we were unable to check-in until 2:30pm. 2. The room smelt very strongly of bleach when we entered, and it was several hours before we could comfortably actually use our room. We had to open all windows and leave it to air. 3. The room itself was not well maintained. One blind was broken and unable to be used, the ceiling fan did not work properly, and nothing felt overly clean, especially the limited cutlery/plates/cups that were provided. 4. The power board in the room sparked every time something was plugged in so we could not use it for safety reasons. 5. While it is fine that the room is not serviced, only limited toilet paper was supplied and we had to purchase our own. There were also no tissues supplied. We travel a lot, and this is the first time we have said that we would not stay in a property again. Overall it was very disappointing.

Renovated clean apartment that was well equipped for our stay. Comfortable bed and furnishings. Resort pool is beautifully clean and warm. Salt water so no chlorine smell. Walkway to beach located close by. Recommended!

Liked all of it. Great location for families and kids with lift if needed. Great staff at main reception. Our unit is privately managed and they were very responsive to our needs. Pool and beach very accessible and relaxing to watch the kids in the pools. Loved the Proximity to beaches, town, tourist sights. Do need a car to get around though. Accommodation was spacious, well set up, they offered to change one of the king beds to single beds for the kids, great rooftop spa and bbq area. I would stay there again!
