The art work in the hotel was amazing. The rooms were large and comfortable. Downside, there are no chairs for sitting in the outdoor spaces. (Except dining room). And no outdoor spaced associated with the room so no outside views from the room either.

Nice staff. Beautiful property. Breakfast waa great.n Pool clean and property well kept. Our only issue was that the tvs worked half the time and our bath tub in room 28 was weird - shower head does not aligh with tub so you have the shower curtain sticking to your body. I am 5, 7" and 145lbs. Had to remove shower curtain and turn sideways to shower. Lol

Great hotel in a stunning property with really friendly staff at reception. Had an issue with bathroom shower which sprayed onto the wall and then the floor - apparently a result of bath/shower design so the staff couldn't help. Otherwise had a great stay with good food, although the restaurant was pricey. Would stay again though.

After check-in we were taken up several stairs to the assigned room which was at the back of the hotel. We are OAP, 80 plus and 75! The room was like a sauna as no air conditioning had been turned on. The toilet could not be flushed as the toilet tank was empty! The TV had a 'million' channels, but after pressing the buttons for 2 hours we gave up and went to bed! Second day - I demanded a change of room, with explanation. The young lady at the front desk was empathitic and kindly moved us downstairs, around the corner from the lobby, in a room with a garden view. However, again, we could not access any of the chnnels except HGTV, and that 'froze' every five minutes for a few seconds......very frustrating. The rooms were clean. The dining room staff were pleasant and accomodating. We had dinner the first night at the hotel, and the food was quite delicious. The complimentary breakfast was basic....not great! My husband wasn't feeling so well and the kitchen made him some oatmeal porridge, which was kind of them. The property is beautiful, and well maintained.

The staff was excellent, breakfast was filling, property clean. Check-in was arduous, but the front desk staff was pleasant and made every effort to alleviate the situation. Note that there is a two hundred dollars refundable incidental charge that can either be paid in cash or held against a credit card, it cannot be held against a debit card as I learned the hard way. Expedia does not explicit provide that information. Overall it was a good stay. Quiet property, beautiful view from the balconies, lovely pool deck with a Jamaica-shaped pool. Close to the town and many eating areas.

Everything’s exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very spacious and the bathrooms were upgraded. The bed and linen comfortable and soft and the staff were amazing. That Jamaican breakfast was awesome and the servings ample. Everybody should try those chili wings on the lunch menu - simply dynamite.
