Deneissa delivered phenomenal guest service with warmth and efficiency. In the restaurant, Susan and Nakia provided fresh meals, pleasant smiles, and consistent courtesy. Housekeepers Lotoya and Cordell went above and beyond with daily fresh linen and laundry assistance. The hotel is immaculate, modern, and beautifully maintained, with a fresh scent and stylish décor. Security protocols are strict yet reasonable, giving guests freedom with safety. The District 5 bartender (Asian features) was polite, respectful, and attentive. A special commendation to Monique Gossop, whose hands-on leadership and problem-solving skills set the tone for the entire property. The food was decent, but it would be nice to have a little more variety or different options each day. Some of the servers could also use a bit of basic training — for example, my coffee had some grounds in it and came without milk, the toast arrived but no butter or jam, and the juice glass was barely half full. Just a few small improvements like these would make a big difference in the overall experience."
