"Overall beautiful well maintained clean property breakfast perfect. Conveniently located. Check in needs to be worked on. Got to the hotel at 2:30 Expedia had check in time as 2, had one family ahead of us an it took 20 minutes for them to check by 2:40 our room wasn’t ready but the check in time said 3. They gave us a single drink voucher I thought was for 2 so I had to go back and ask for 1 for my wife after being forgotten above for 30 minutes went back to reception that was over run with people finally I grabbed a manager walking by and finally got our room an hour after we arrived. Parking extremely limited no valet and no disabled parking although they did allow me to park at the entrance not an actual parking space. Great hotel just fix check in procedures and parking."

"Great stay at the property. Lagoon room overlooking the pool. Room was spacious. Balcony was wide with chairs to relax on. Bed comfortable. Only issue was the lever for the shower wasn’t the greatest. WiFi was perfect! I’d recommend. Food at the bar was also good."
