"The New Seabury resort is beautiful & has excellent customer service. The 4/5 stars is because the unit we stayed in needs some updating. However, the layout, cleanliness, & location is good."

"The staff is very friendly. Rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained."

"We enjoyed having a glass of wine by the fire pit in the courtyard area, and the adjoining restaurant for breakfast. Our primary interest was proximity to the Shining Sea Bikeway which was just a block away. Easy stroll to the downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. We did not use the indoor pool as it was crowded with families which wasn’t our vibe but they were obviously having a great time on a rainy night. Free parking a plus. We would stay here again."

"The location was good. Walking distance to the ferry was great. Typical Comfort inn. Breakfast just ok. Tiny elevator, like 2 people big. It was broke half the time we were there, so wife had to struggle up and down from the 3rd floor. It was just ok."

"The location is fine, but the rest isn't great ."

"Great stay. Fantastic location for harbour and Hy-line and eating establishments. Accommodation was excellent and super value for money. The staff bent over backwards to help and support. I wish we’d stayed here longer and bypassed Rhode Island!"

"I did not realize when I booked our stay that there is no elevator. There was nothing available on the first floor and the person checking us in didn't seem to look too hard. It's on me that I didn't realize we would have to lug our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. We were never able to locate breakfast which was supposed to be across the parking lot at the Comfort Inn and the office was closed. It just wasn't the greatest situation for us."

"Room was ok. Nothing wrong but just not that nice. Tried to rent the room for a second night but owner tried to double the price because he said it was the last room available. That’s pretty shady if you ask me. It wasn’t peak season yet so we refused the rate and drove down the road a little ways to a nicer stay."
