"This is a guest house rather than a standard hotel, although it has standard amenities. Situated in the countryside near Chenonceau castle, the property is located in a former mill house bordering the Cher river, which some rooms overlook. The house is surrounded by a large garden, with a swimming pool, pétanque court, ping pong and access to paths along the riverside. The staff is welcoming, informed, and extremely helpful, especially with advice about restaurants and activities in the area....

The hosts were incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property was spotlessly clean, the rooms were spacious and very private, and the location is ideal — close to most of the major Loire Valley castles. "We adored our stay at this little B&B in Limeray. Antoine was a gracious and fun host to have—we availed ourselves of his offer of dinner (with a reasonable surcharge per guest) on the first night of our stay, and the breakfast both mornings was generous in size and perfect as a start for a day in the Loire Valley. The suite, La Longere, with its long hallway and quirky angles, was incredibly charming and perfect for our family of five—three comfortable single beds for them and a larger queen...
