"Staff was excellent in helping me adjust and also help me in getting a tour guide last minute. My room upgrade was wonderfully amazing and everything was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and I really enjoyed my time here. My experience in Machupicchu was incredible and this hotel made it perfect! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Machupicchu!"

"This hotel is on what appears to be a mostly deserted street. The room was very noisy and we were kept awake all night by noise from the street. The room was not that clean, and the front desk staff was not very helpful. No place to eat on the premises."

"Forgetting that they refused to accommodate us at the first attempt saying that they removed our booking without canceled it and they wanted us to pay double price, it was resolved thanks to the customer service and our further stay was without any issues.
