"Hotel is perfect location for Disney and shopping transfers to Disney was a fantastic service, rooms and pool amazing however, although the breakfast offered a decent choice there were days when several breakfast items were not available, which left limited options despite the breakfast still being available for several hours. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant but that did not extend to restaurant staff who were very unhelpful which was the only issue we had with the hotel. Despite this I would totally recommend and would not hesitate to stay there again in the future"

"I just feel the bathroom was a bit dingy. The queues for food on a morning was horrendous. The pool area was a bit off putting. Saying that of the above, the hotel was super busy and the staff worked very hard. My husband picked up little people had just dropped on the floor by the lifts (disgusting people). The bed was super comfy. Nice 15 minute walk to the parks. I would stay here again, but it could do with a little update. If would also recommend this hotel."
