Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Polignano a Mare. Perfect location in the middle of the town with walking distance to the beach, restaurants and everything you want to enjoy. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Definitely coming back.

Should you ever have the opportunity to visit, Nicolette is a gem on the front desk! However do not miss the chance to meet Mario the Tuk Tuk driver he’s not only an incredible tour guide, but the whole village loves him! I would go back there in a heartbeat! ♥️✌️🇨🇦

Perfect location, spacious, AC issues.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location, close to old town and Lama Monoachile beach. You go out the door and you are on Via Roma. Lovely property with adequate breakfast included. If you arrive by car there is a back door on a small street, cars are not permitted at the main entrance street. Nice spacious deluxe room. Staff all very nice and helpful. Only issue we had was AC just would not cool. Nothing hotel could do. So if 24 degrees C in the room is not for you you may want to consider other options.

Immediately adjacent to the old centre of Polignano, the hotel feels new, but styled on older local buildings, and using local materials. How often can you lay in bed, looking up at clamshell fossils in the stones of your arched ceiling? Our room (and the whole building, which features a spa in the cellar) felt calm and comfortable. The breakfast terrace was on the roof, with lovely views over the town, out to sea. Breakfast was reasonable - not the greatest selection in the world, but enough to keep you going until lunchtime. The nearest car-park is 6 or 7 minutes walk away, although if you know what you're doing, you can always stop briefly at the back door of the hotel to load/unload luggage. Staff very friendly and helpful.

An amazing stay at this beautiful boutique property in the heart of Polignano a Mare. Set in a wonderful location, the hotel rooms are characteristic and outstanding in every sense. The rooftop breakfast overlooking the sea was fantastic with lots of local produce. The staff throughout the property were so knowledgeable and helpful. We can’t recommend highly enough. We only wish we could’ve stayed for longer. Thank you so much!

This hotel is in the heart of Polignano. The street outside gets very busy with people in the evenings, which adds to the vibe. Would i stay again, Yes please. The best place to park is outside the railway station FOC.

it's a shame that it's not what it used to be. the rooms are not what you see in the photos of expedia or on their website. In the shower it took more than 20 minutes for hot water to come out. the reception staff have a very bad attitude, except for Domenico who was friendly. not worth what you pay for the place

After a busy day exploring, we expect to come back to a refreshing room. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t not work or was set not to go below 24/25 degrees. We stayed 2 nights having to use a fan that was provided by the hotel to try and sleep. This is not acceptable for the amount of money we paid and what is advertised. Staff were friendly but useless, they appeared to know the issue but remained ignorant ti the situation. We were travelling with elderly frail parents and they wanted ti spit us up into different hotels. Not good enough. Breakfast was nice and the location was excellent.

El alojamiento esta muy bien, pero se deberia saber lo siguiente: el jacuzzi que esta en la terraza NO esta climatizado, se puede usar pero es agua fria. Por otro lado, el desayuno es muy pobre, ademas no me atendieron bien, no me prepararon la mesa y vieron que me sente, tuve que agarrar las.cosas de otra mesa. Por el precio, el servicio deja bastante que desear.
