"Beim Check in stand kein Behindertenparklatz zur Verfügung und man hätte vom anderen Parkplatz als schwer Gehbehinderter 36 Stufen oder mehrere hundert Meter gehen müssen. Erst nach Androhung dass wir nicht einchecken wurde für einen Parkplatz gesorgt. Massagetermine wurden falsch eingetragen, sodass statt 6 nur 2 Massagen gemacht werden konnten. Whirlpool war nicht in Betrieb. Hotel ist komplett renovierungsbedürftig. Abdeckung von den Heizkörperverbauten fehlt, alles voll Spinnweben. Teppich...

"The hotel was completly renovated in 2021. All pictures are found in description are real. Everything was clean, and staff daily asked for change. The half-board assortment is very wide, both breakfast and supper. The staff is very helpful. There is a closed corridor to nearby indoor spa. Free bathrobe in room. On-site parking-spots are limited and payable, but staff offered a nearby off-site location with free parking possibility. During our stay there was live music in lobby, but nice, not...
