"The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. Bar service was slow at all the bars. The resort is very busy and great if you like the constant traffic and noise. "We loved this place! The overall setting was stunning, our room was nice and comfortable with the beautiful views of the beach and the pools. The food was delicious and the setting was very romantic. The complimentary shuttle to the nearby town about 20 minutes away was very helpful. The water level on the beach was a little too shallow for our taste, but we still enjoyed it. Two faithful, well behaved dogs on the property had surely added yo the atmosphere! We would love to return!"

"We stayed 3 nights. The hotel is beautiful and our room on the 3rd floor was very modern and comfortable. The location is great looking over a sheltered bay with lots of complimentary water activities available such as kayaking, paddle boarding etc.. "Don’t count on transport arrangements being completed correctly. Got to airport and no shuttle transport had been set up even though I had an email confirming arrangements had been made. We had to get a taxi at the airport. Then they tried to charge us for the shuttle. Never even offered a verbal apology:( "
