"The cleaning staff were amazing and friendly and the room was well maintained. There were not enough loungers at the pool, which meant you had to get to the pool by 9:00am to get a place. "Great hotel, staff very good and polite and have good communication. Disappointed that a complimentary late check out wasnt available after spending over £2k and staying at the hotel for 8 days. Room card was disabled exactly at 12pm, i had left somrthing in the room when i walked out and couldnt go back in to get it. Quite disappointing to an amazing hotel. "We were a family of 3 couples staying in 3 apartments. Overall; high standard of cleaning and hospitality, informative and good reception staff, green and tropical environments, quite surroundings and a decent pool. Downside; no beach directly in front (only rocks), no restaurant or pool bar, for some people its too quite, with only a few options for dining and shopping in the nearby.
