On my first night, I did experience some noise from the restaurant while staying in a beach hut, which was a bit disappointing. However, the way the staff handled it completely turned things around. Without any hassle or questions, they upgraded me to a rooftop room the very next day. That level of responsiveness and care really impressed me. Overall, the customer service here is outstanding. "Spa didnt have complementary sauna steam room which would have been useful. The food and drink was a little pricy compared to restaurants and bars around the resort. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast choices were a little repetetive. Room upkeep and size location was excellent "
