"The staff was so nice and very helpful. They made you feel special. Wolfgang checked us into "his favorite room" which was lovely! We recommend #200 for beautiful ambiance. Clarice in the brasserie was excellent too. We even liked the valet, so much personality!"

"The Staff was great. The room was not. The TV did not work. Tried everything but it wouldn’t let me connect to the Internet or broadcast from my phone. The first day, my towel smelled like vinegar, the second day my towel had stains on them. The room was also really really warm and I always had to play around with the thermostat. The phones in the room did not seem to work properly. Multiple times I called the front desk and it will ring and the one time they picked up they couldn’t hear me and kept saying “hello, hello” and you can’t say it’s because of language barrier because I speak French. The “restaurant” options were quite limited for dinner. I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t speak on that. With that said, the staff was nice but the hotel could’ve been better. "

"Very good breakfast selection, lovely hotel staff and close to public transport to get into the city of Versailles. Good value for money and for what’s provided - very very happy with our stay. "
