We arrived late so there wasn’t anyone at the reception but we received all the info before we arrived and had a smooth check in. We tried the Sauna one evening and it was good. The staff were lovely. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is no housekeeping service which was abit of let down. It is far out from central and no transport closeby. "Lovely place in the summer, probably just a good in the winter. A small resort. Open air pool, sauna and plunge pool plus lot for younger kids to do. Fire pits for communal barbeques, great for meeting others. You need a car to go to various mountain areas. Don't judge by the profile picture. They really need to update it."
