"The hotel was amazing and the stuff were do respectfull."

"Very central location, clean and spacious rooms. Only 2 points to improve: breakfast is very simple and no towel hanger in the bathroom. Everything else is perfect."

"Nice hotel with comfortable location and nice service. Breakfast was generous and delicious."

"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... It seems like both hotels in area are aware of being only ones with restaurants and are not bothered about quality of food...It is shame as mountain food has always been the best quality. "

"Twin beds are so damn small for 4 star hotel no no no "

"Great place to stay in Polanica! Will come back again!!"

"The best of the best!!!!!! Specially the personal !!!!!!"

"Great location right next to the park and very good and friendly service. "

"Reception very good, problem solved immediately."

Even if you cool the room down at night by opening doors, for some reason the room heats up again. It was 28.5 degrees Celsius in my room with no way to cool it down. They say they have "cooling units" that they can put in your room, but these are no more than fans that blow hot air around. Staff was pleasant and helpful... when...
