The service is absolutely top-notch. The entire staff is a true joy to be around: warm, attentive, genuinely happy, and always willing to help. Each guest is assigned a personal butler, which elevates the experience even further. Our butler, Agung, was exceptional—thoughtful, proactive, and incredibly kind—making our stay effortless and memorable.
This was my second time staying at Mandapa, and it certainly will not be my last. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all my family and friends. You truly do not need to leave the property to have a perfect vacation.

"We loved our stay at The Ridge! So relaxing and the views are incredible. They made us feel like family, and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed. We appreciated the hand-chosen artwork, breakfast, attention to detail, architecture, and how well everything was put together.
