The hotel is very well located, stuff extremely helpful and kind. Amazing breakfast. In other hand I think they need a deep clean in their rooms especially at the doors where we can see need a dirty fingerprints there , the curtains were filthy and need to be washed and the walls clearly needs to be painting.

People were wonderful, I loved every one, they worked hard, The food was great, breakfast was delicious, wonderful, but would be great if they had a omelette station! problems with my bedding, terribly pillows, and mattresses, I don't understand they don't have vacuums, but everything looks good and clean!

This property was beautiful. The breakfast was lovely and it delivered exactly what it promised. My only shock was - the rooms did not have any AC due to the historic nature of the building but thankfully the fan that was provided was sufficient for the room. Overall I will visit this hotel again!

Grand but disappointing hotel

The hotel is an icon of Pocos de Caldas. Outside and inside it is beautiful. Therefore it really is such a pity that the hotel was disappointing. The rooms are OK - but probably in need of modernisation. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in the city. Service is a serious issue - some staff are great but others appeared to have a bad attitude - one even swore. Another issue with the hotel is the way it seems to make simple things difficult with lots of bureaucracy - at times it is painful. Bureaucracy is a fact of life in Brazil - but there were instances where the hotel took it to a new level. If the hotel improved its service it would make a huge difference because it truly is iconic and mostly beautiful

Would love to stay here again

Great hotel in the middle of the city. Everything is in walking distance, including gondola to the Christ statue. They also have an amazing buffet breakfast! Can't wait to stay here again.

As it is a city heritage, I understand that it is an old building. I even like it. But it's expensive, unkempt and dirty. The shower was disgusting, the tiles never get clean. I will never recommend this hotel again and I will never recommend it to anyone.

No geral, adorei conhecer o Palace. O serviço dos funcionários, seja no dia a dia ou na ceia de Natal, foi esplêndido. O restaurante, o cardápio, tudo muito bom e bem feito (uma única observação é se possível os pães que acompanham o almoço e o jantar serem mais fresquinhos). Como sugestão, no meu quarto, eu creio que o lustre precisaria de uma limpeza interna. Mas o charme do hotel é único. E o serviço dos funcionários, em especial, dedicado, diligente e cativante.

Hotel maravilhoso! Foi uma grata surpresa, apesar de antigo tudo em perfeito estado de conservação. O entorno do local é maravilhoso, acessível a tudo, fiquei na suíte 505, com uma vista linda da praça toda iluminada e cheia de vida, apesar das festividades o quarto era bem silencioso. A estrutura do hotel é tão boa que nem dá vontade de sair dele, me senti dentro de um filme, minha família toda amou. Pra quem ama um hotel histórico, assim como gostamos, foi sensacional, 4 noites foi pouco, com certeza vamos voltar muitas vezes.
