"Genuinely the worst stay I’ve had in years. First room had a large dead bug in the bed, second room didn’t have a working refrigerator and the curtains didn’t fully close despite being connected to the courtyard. The yelling (praying it was a coyote) from the woods near the courtyard was so loud and went on for literally several hours each night, we finally had to check out a night early just to get some sleep."

"I was only there for a very short time. They had an excellent breakfast buffet, they were so pleasant and accommodating providing me with very early check-in. The one thing that was upsetting is there was an item displayed at the registration desk and when I tried to purchase it (Lorna Doone cookies), they didn't have any available for me. Turns out it was ONLY FOR THEIR PREMIUM members! "

"Parking was fine. Check in employee was very dry and not personable. Checkout employee was pleasant. There were finger nail clippings in the corner of our room and food crumbs under the air conditioner. "

"The first room i was given had something similar to blood on the floor. The second room smelled stale. The toilet was covered with hair and the floor was sticky. The coffee machine in the lobby never worked in the 4 days we were there."
