"Stunning views, such a warm welcome and great home cooked food"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Aphrodites apartment. Uniqueness and quiet serenity of this traditional Cretan house in the mountains would be hard to match. We would be happy to return."

"Nice situation. Good breakfast. Friendly staff."

"Everything about this place is fantastic - The people, the food, the views, the rooms all incredible. "

"Stayed here for 7 nights. Did not have breakfast so could not comment. Room was cleaned every day but, for some reason the cleaner never made the bed. Instead he folded the top sheet and blankets neatly at the bottom of the bed each day. Very close to bith the beach and town centre but no noise from outside to disturb your sleep."

"The location near the wineries was amazing. I loved the restaurant there and the views were gorgeous. Make sure to take the day trip to Matala beach!"

The olive oil, wines (red and White House ,herbs and capers all home produced including the Rakl. Pretty easy to go north or as the main road is only minutes away, views are fantastic. "Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October)."

"Great place for an experience of a local village stay . Great friendly staff . Only about 20 minutes from the centre of Hereklion. Clean and well maintained"

"We particularly enjoyed the friendly, welcoming hosts and the beautiful view of the sea from our room. The room was simple and cozy and breakfast checked all our boxes and was good value. The village of Agia Galini has a wonderful vibe and we enjoyed our meals there as well as the seaside walking. So glad we chose to stay here."
