"What a fantastic hotel. Barcelona is a very walkable city and this hotel is in a good location to walk to the main attractions.
The staff were friendly and extremely attentive. Volume wasn’t working on my tv, called front desk and someone was up to our room and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Staff always greeted us with a smile.
Breakfast was really tasty, lots of options including buffet items and a menu to order from as well.
A must stay if you are looking for a hotel in Barcelona. "

"Gorgeous, space-efficient rooms and super comfortable beds. Delicious room service! ALL of the staff were so friendly and helpful. If you needed any assistance, they were on it. We had a family emergency at one point on our trip and the staff were so accommodating. The location was also phenomenal as you were two blocks away from the main shopping, several pharmacies on the same block, as well as mini marts/grocery stores. Will definitely be back. "
"Alma Hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff was impeccable. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, and clean. A true 5-star. The only negative point is the hotel restaurant. The waiters are confused, the orders were all wrong, the food was salty and not very tasty, and the cooking was wrong. They tried to fix it, but the taste was very bad. They didn't change the dish. We ordered it without foie gras, and it came with it. A pitiful restaurant. I will definitely return to the hotel, but...
"Staff was friendly and helpful. It was in a nice location away from the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was great as well. Our room was cleaned our second day. Really liked the outdoor area, however the door is hard to use once it’s already been closed. I would stay here again and I recommend it to anyone else. "
