"I received a great service I did a late check in and was worried about my reservation. Staff over the phone made sure to make staff aware about our late check in. Everyone greeted us and were very polite. Staff made sure we were comfortable, the room was very clean. "I loved the excellent customer service from check in, to dining experience, to the housekeeper that served us. The atmosphere was hands down the best overall. However the bedroom and bathroom was lacking the same quality. They both were very outdated. I was very disappointed with the appearance of the room, decor and bathroom.
