Cute, tiny 1 bedroom cottage just off the Cabot Trail. Restaurant on site, although we didn’t eat there. Well equipped kitchen, odd layout. Not at all scenic although promotional photos indicated otherwise. Nothing wrong with the cottage, average price for that area.

This motel offers a convenient, quiet, and comfortable stay with hot water (though it can be scalding hot if you’re not careful) and Keurig coffee (bring your own water). However, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning, but it worked (loud and clear all night) after we got help. The window wouldn’t close fully, which made us somewhat uncomfortable, but quickly forgot about it as we passed out from exhaustion only to be woken up at 6am (on the dot) by the motorcycle next door starting up. Since the menu appears to be pricey, it’s best to bring your own food. Overall, this motel is a good option for a day or night stay. The views are great!

Not a great place to stay if your looking for some basic room necessities; no bar fridge to keep drinks or food cold, no microwave and it takes forever to get hot water for a shower.

This property isn’t great for what it is. I’ve stayed in plenty of motels and this one is not up to a good or decent standard. You can feel the springs through the mattress, the towels are yellow and over used, the room has a smell to it, no mini fridge, bathroom is gross. The shower uses an unbelievable amount of water and it like a pressure washer. We tried the restaurant and I would say don’t bother. I had chicken fingers and a salad and the salad was bitter with no flavour. My friend had fish and chips and said the fish tasted old and the batter looked way over fried. Staff was friendly but over all the stay was nothing special. The wifi also doesn’t reach the bedroom and theirs no service so prepare to be off the grid.
