"We had confirmed reservation and the hotel gave our rooms away. The front desk lady just walked out at 6, closing the reception. There was no assistance. We we stranded on the parking on new years eve and needed 3 hours to find accommodation. Expedia couldn’t find any booking too as everything was sold out. We somehow found a local hostel. There were other guests too who had similar experience and were stranded. Do not recommend this business. "

"The hotel staff was great, they were very welcoming. The room I believe had the nicest balcony and an incredible view, we loved it. The toilets are amazing, they come with a bidet and the seats are warm. The beds were very comfortable and the only noise we heard were the ocean waves. The restaurant below is aesthetically pleasing, great service and the food was very very good. The pool was awesome. There’s also another restaurant above that’s a sushi bar. They gave us different choices for breakfast. We only had two minor incidents: the WiFi didn’t work on our room, hence we had no tv and the main door frame was falling apart. It has secure parking. Although it may not seem like it, it’s family friendly, we went with our 5 year old. We will definitely be coming back!"

Any time we had any major concerns (and we had a couple), it was addressed immediately, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. What stood out most was how committed they were to providing an outstanding guest experience. This included the housekeeping team, manager, bell staff, restaurant and bar personnel, pool staff, spa and massage team, as well as Mitchell, Adam, Marcus, Massiel, Roy, Tony, and other teams member. Everyone we interacted with was professional, attentive, and genuinely focused on delivering excellent service.Because of the people who work here, we will absolutely return. They made a lasting impression and were the reason our stay was so enjoyable."
