"This is a wonderful “back to nature” experience. It is in the rainforest - expect rainforest conditions. The staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The property is in an amazing location but needs a little updating while I appreciate that there is constant moisture in the air, some areas could be updated / painted and maintained a little better. Our stay here was still wonderful regardless."

"The hotel is well maintained and very clean, with numerous staff working laboriously. The majority of the staff members were friendly and courteous. I appreciated that housekeeping is done daily with 2 complimentary bottles of water given each time. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very good with numerous and diverse choices. "The hotel was very clean and well kept. They offer a decent breakfast buffet on site which was super beneficial traveling with two toddlers. This hotel caters to golfers but we were able to find things to do in the surrounding areas. There are restaurants on sight and also restaurants right outside the hotel by the parking area. There are two pools and a small pool that was perfect for my two toddlers. 24 hour room service was also available."
