"The staff were very helpful and responsive. We stayed in a maisonnette and like some of the others have said the sea view is blocked partially by the buildings in front. The road that runs in front has parking but it's also noisy, and the balcony had no shade. The apartment was lovely but needed some maintenance - kitchen needed a bit of tidying and the shower head was hanging off. "Highly recommend this lovely family run hotel in a quiet location outside rethymno. Beach is down the road. The entire staff/family was warm, welcoming and professional. All our needs were addressed with joy and compassion. The hosts offered detailed advice about all the great places to visit. My husband had a health issue and we were pointed to the best clinic. As well, due to the issue, extra care was taken in our room. Truly a gem of a small hotel!"
