"The hotel is in a beautiful location, and we really enjoyed the ambiance, especially the pool area, which is very relaxing. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and helpful. However, we experienced a strong smell coming from the bathroom in our room. Housekeeping could also be improved, as the room was not cleaned thoroughly, and room service was quite slow to deliver the items we requested. "Resort is an excellent place to enjoy a wonderful holiday in the Costa del Sol. The amenities are amazing, and the staff is equal to the task at every level. The rooms are beautifully decorated as is the lobby and the pool area as well as a beautifully manicured gardens. The main restaurant is called Manero and it appears that it is a separately owned and managed entity from the Don Carlos team.
