"Just got back from a stay at Hotel Excelsior in the Dolomites and honestly, it was perfect. The sauna area was really nice and relaxing after a day out exploring. Food was excellent across the board, from the breakfast spread to the salad buffet at dinner. They’ve got a solid wine list, great coffee, and every meal came with a view that made you want to linger a little longer. The staff were super friendly and made everything feel easy and relaxed. "A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human.
