The pictures do not come close to what was actually there, it must have been from another property or AI-generated. Our room smelled overwhelming like cigarettes and the smoke detector was covered with a trash bag. The shower still had hair in it and the caulking had mold. Towels seemed ok, linens were very old. We spent one night of three that we purchased and borrowed sheets and blankets from family as it was intolerable. Woke up with a headache from the smell. Do not recommend.

Mom with teen here. Honestly we can stay almost anywhere, I’m not picky for the right price. But this one goes down as the actual worst. Sink leaks into main room. Toilet detached from the wall if you sat on it. Shower - NOPE not going to happen. Bathroom light flickered the whole time it was on, and it needed to stay on because the smoke smell in the room was nauseating and the light and the fan were one switch. There was a boot print on the sheets by the pillow. There were rooms undergoing construction all over that looked like someone had put spackle in a paint spinner and opened the lid. The “check in” staff person was fine (maybe the only part that was fine) but behind a gun-proof 12x18 window like something out of prison. My key didn’t work the first time. The public dryer was broken (obvious sign) but someone had put stuff in it and it was squealing like a dying pig as she frantically tried to stop it. The maintenance and cleaning staff (2) appeared to be disheveled men missing teeth (no shade, just genuine signs of rough lives and/or current meth). Lastly, when I asked my teen if we should call someone to take a look at the broken/dirty issues with the room, her eyes got big and she said “but then we’d actually have to invite someone into our ROOM.”

The room was okay, shower door didn't close to good. The microwave worked but the table didn't turn. There was no one to clean your room you had to go and ask for towels even though the staff was nice the building could use some remolding improvements. The soap was very small and the walls were thin, you can here people up above you and next to you. Thank you

Fire the whole housekeeping! The housekeeping manager! the housekeeping supervisor! and the room inspector! because no way the room we had was inspected and im a housekeeping supervisor been i. This business for 12yrs Wish I can put the pictures i took..I understand that this is a 2star motel but come on now. The shower was disgusting mold and some other black spots on the shower glass possibly black mold. The sheets had more holes that I can count i went to get new sheets but there was hair all over them..the ice bucket was dirty the washcloths wasn't clean had old blood on them (looked like someone just refolded them to hide the spots. We were so cold we got no heat from the thermostat just blew cold air so we had to rely on pur own body heat!My husband and I just made the best of what we had and kept a great sense of humor about the whole ordeal. But I will say the next guest might not! Won't be returning NEVER EVER! wont definitely forget it!! DO BETTER MAYBER A CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT! IT STARTS AT THE TOP!!

This was the biggest mistake I have made when booking a hotel. The room and bedsheets were extremely dirty. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that nothing else was available. I then asked for the room to be cleaned, but they said they had no cleaning staff available. I could not stay under those conditions, so I lost the money I paid and had to book another hotel. It is very disappointing that Expedia continues to list this hotel on its website.

Absolutely unacceptable — would not stay here again This was one of the worst motel experiences I’ve had. The room was in extremely poor condition and clearly had not been properly maintained. There was an old bar of soap left in the shower, the bedding had burn holes in it, and there were numerous signs of serious wear and deterioration throughout the room. The bathroom/shower area was dirty and in poor condition, and there were damaged and deteriorating areas around the walls, doors, and fixtures. I took photographs of everything because I was honestly shocked by the condition of the room. What made the experience even worse is that I was apparently charged five separate times for the same $82.21 stay — four charges to my debit card and another to my credit card. I am currently having to deal with getting those duplicate charges resolved. I booked through Expedia and expected the room to at least be clean and reasonably maintained. Instead, I felt like I had paid for a room that was nowhere near an acceptable standard. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The condition of this room was not something I would expect from a place charging people to stay there.

We had an event in McKee’s Rock PA and this was the closest hotel. Dirty, bottles and trash under the beds. The light , only light, for the vanity did not work. Bugs! Bugs, Bugs 🐜 🐞 🐛!!! Asked for my money back, that didn’t happen, and was put in another room not as terrible.

This is BY FAR the most disgusting motel in the city of pittsburgh! My family's electricity was out and being nearly 100° outside; we had to stay somewhere that was also affordable. I will start with the good: 1. The location is perfect 2. The a/c worked well enough... THATS IT. The Bad: The hotel room was so disgusting we were actually in shock for a minute...until a cockroach ran across the floor and we grabbed our stuff/ran like hell! The manager didnt look at all surprised when I told him and he gave me a key to another room...different floor on the opposite side. This room was not QUITE as bad but the sheets & pillow cases were 100% dirty, the floors were so dirty my husband's white socks were stained black. The shower was so filthy.. im talking someone elses body hair all in it, dirt, mold, soap scum...we actually didnt even bother to use it we washed up at the sink every day...which is ridiculously pathetic considering we PAID to be there!!! I believe we would have had cleaner housing at the second Avenue commons homeless shelter over this place! I understand its cheap...but these were third world country conditions and thats just unacceptable SMH

Declining property, fifty years old or more. Seen better days! Beat up room. Floorboards were loose and uneven. It was scary to walk to the bathroom in the dark. Not as cheap a room as it should have been for such a poorly maintained property.
