Great staff, beautiful hotel. If you prefer quiet, river view rooms are the way to go. Also rooms feel a little dark but it has modern, clean decor. Overall I would definitely stay here again

Very cute hotel with friendly staff. It was December so was decorated for Christmas in the lobby. Restaurant inside hotel was good as well. Bed was average and pillows were not the greatest but overall the hotel was excellent for the price and very close to traveling to the Steelers stadium, the ballet, the incline, and more.

The room offered was terrific, large room with great living room and terrific bathroom. The room was also very clean with a great bed. The only issue is that it was located right by highway that was rather noisy from the traffic in the evening and in the morning.

Love the staff, hotel is very clean and the appreance was fantastic. I was so disappointed in the TV in my room. No smart TV in the room. The tv made the decor look awful. Also computer did not work in the lobby. I stayed in the Indigo for Seven days and also had three rooms book. These item are much needed in a hotel. I am planning a trip for New Years and I want to book the Indigo again but without having a smart TV or computer I probably need to stay at the Hyatt House.
