"Really comfortable beds and convenient location. Unfortunately when we pulled in the valet staff was very busy so we had to park our car ourselves at the other garage down the street. A fire alarm also went off at midnight so we had to evacuate from the 16th floor and wait another 20 minutes afterward ..."
