"Boa localização, com restaurantes, padaria, mine shopping. Alguns passeios podem serem feitos a pé. Quarto espaços, colchões macios, roupas de camas limpas. Café da manhã simples, sem muitas opções, o hotel não oferece café a tarde, os amantes do cafezinho tinham que irem para a padaria ou shopping. O espelho do banheiro não tinha boa visibilidade devido manchas. No banheiro faltavam tapetes perto do box, como consequência o banheiro ficava todo molhado. Tv e ar condicionado...

"O que sobra em Charme falta em Conforto. O colchão é PÉSSIMO, de molas e ja deveria ter sido trocado há uns 10 anos de tão velho e desconfortável. Solicitamos a troca, que não mudou muito o cenário.
