Layout of the hotel was very confusing elevator on the ground floor only went to the first floor then there was another elevator that had rooms in the 200s on the third floor. Breakfast was €19 but somehow I was charged 25 rooms were beautiful.

Nice hotel for sightseeing and shopping
Great location. A bit difficult to drive to the hotel. Better use map and following hotel sign. Don't 100% trust GPS. We love this hotel. It was clean and comfort. Car park entrance is narrow but not a big problem as people mentioned. We spent one night here and wished to stay longer. Rouen is lovely ...

The room space was too small for the 2 twin beds. They were pushed together, so size of a king bed and we had to walk side ways to get to the head of the bed. The “bedside table” were so far back they were virtually unusable.
