"Comfortable bed. Clean room. Close to everything. It was conveniently located to the beach & town. We parked our car & walked where we needed to go the whole weekend… it’s just a few blocks to the beach. It was quiet for our stay. There isn’t a swimming pool but we’re there for the beach so not a problem for us. No breakfast but coffee is available to make in your room, again not a problem for us, we enjoy getting our own breakfast/coffee when we come to Pismo. It’s a well kept hotel. They don’t service the room during your stay but was very responsive to our requests for more towels & garbage removal. They kept in touch with us via text & we liked this unintrusive approach. Staff was friendly & helpful! "
