"Everyone was real nice. We struggled with transportation, but our front desk called taxis for us for 30 minutes before finally finding one. No one was accepting my uber ride. This might have been a random occurrence because it was Sunday and the country was on holidays.
We left before breakfast due to our flight time. They prepared take away snacks for us. Very thoughtful.
The free bikes were great also."
"The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced. I hated the hair dryer that you had to hold the button, the signs everywhere demanding you to turning off...

"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I arrived early and they were able to let me into my room ahead of time. The room was perfect, clean and very quiet! Location was great, as it’s only 5 mins from the train but easy to walk to all major sites. "
"Very good for one day. There is a restaurant downstairs but if you don't feel for what they offers or you are on a budget, you can't bring outside food or super market things. Although i understand why, it would have been nice to have some flexibility. There is vending machine inside for late snacks or drink. Very very good overall and the receptionist was very lovely. "Such a lovely place, the breakfast is amazing. The host was super friendly even though we arrived late. She stayed up and accommodated us at the last minute, made us feel welcome. Rooms are comfortable. WiFi works great. It's a 15 minute drive from the Treviso airport, parking is easy, and the place is off the main road so very quiet and peaceful. "
