"Beautiful hotel - cannot fault the decor and cleanliness. Lovely staff. Good sized rooms. Comfortable beds and room facilities. The pool was great for kids and although not part of the hotel it was around the corner and free to use. The breakfast was across the road in a bar and whilst it was nice there was not a menu to choose from as such but rather you ask for a pastry or two from the selection at the bar which for me is not really what I want from a hotel breakfast but others might be happy with this set up. It is a shame the immediate area outside the hotel was not as enticing as the hotel itself. The hotel was located on what can best be described as a semi industrial estate. Instead of being greated by the gorgeous Tuscan landscape we were greated by a carpark with a petrol station, and an array of random shops. If the hotel could be lifted and dropped into the Tuscan hills it would have been perfect. If you are looking for a hotel with easy access to the airport and surrounding cities and are not interested in the immediate area then I would recommend this hotel as it was wonderful."
