"Parking was good. Staff were welcoming.
Rooms and layout good. TV was work in progress. Couldn't get to work as it should.
Toilet cistern is continously leaking and needs
Seals fixed. This kept me awake at night as it re

"The room smelt like cigarette smoke, the hand basin wasn’t wiped clean and there was pie pastry on the floor behind the bathroom door. The continental blanket on the single bed had awful marks on it as well. When I checked in they asked me to pay for a room I had pre-paid online."

"This was an excellent unit with great amenities. A short walk to the CBD and across the road from the beach. Fantastic to get two bedrooms with king beds and two bathrooms, plus a giant spa bath, two heat pumps and three tvs, plus a kitchenette for the price that we paid on the winter special rate! Nice touches like local ground coffee was supplied and there was even a tea pot. We felt very spoilt. Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly. Very comfortable beds and awesome showers....

Very clean and very modern.
bed was nice and big and comfortable.
Tv was good had plenty of channels

"Staff were kind and polite, and the cleaners do a good job but it’s very run down. Ripped carpet, holes in the walls, ripped wallpaper and chipped paint. Definitely needs work! Couch was stained and so were some of the bed covers. We won’t be staying again unfortunately."
