"The bed was clean and comfortable and the noise level from outside was minimal. The bathroom water was hot fast and pressure was good in the shower. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean with a decent selection of breakfast food. Nice location close to IU. The place could use some updates but comfortable hotel. We would book again."

"Great price. 1 night stay. Looked like a recent remodel of a old 1980's hotel. Gas stations and fast food within sight. There were 2 cars for guests in the parking lot, including ours, yet we were assigned an upstairs room. We're in our 70's. No elevator. Staircases are outside under a roof yet exposed to the weather. The mattress was very comfortable. The 5 pillows were 1/2 sized. The bed frame was steel tubing. The shower was in very water saving mode, took a while to rinse the soap out of my hair, not a dribble, but not to far from it. Little bottles of liquid soap, shampoo, moisturizer supplied. Big mini fridge. Coffee maker in the room is not the k cup style. It's for ground coffee with the paper filter. Hair dryer supplied. Cable TV worked fine. Nothing fancy, but it looked nice and we felt safe and slept well."

"This property is certainly shop worn. It seems that the owner/manager thinks that being in a truck parking area gives a pass on maintenance. The surrounding lot is unkempt, weed choked, just plain ugly. The rooms aren’t much better. After walking on the hard surface floor, my feet were so dirty I had to wash them and put my shoes back on! The tub drain was almost clogged shut, and the bathroom was barely clean. Overall, this property is barely acceptable, do not recommend."
