"We had a good stay, overall. The staff was very friendly, our room was very clean, and housekeeping was super accommodating. The rate was also very reasonable for what we received. However, the complimentary breakfast was very subpar, and we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway, which was a bit disruptive. Overall, a decent stay for the price, with a few areas that could use improvement."

"Absolutely Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! We stayed at the Red Deer Resort & Casino from July 30th to August 3rd, and I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. From check-in to check-out, the staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond in every way. When we first arrived, our room was beautiful, extremely clean, and exactly what you would expect from a high-class hotel. The first morning, we noticed a little water on the floor and figured out it was coming from the AC unit above the door. We mentioned it to the hotel staff, and there was absolutely no hassle whatsoever. They immediately moved us to another beautiful room—and we actually ended up with an even better view! The pool was clean, the casino was clean and well-kept, and the food was amazing. But what really stood out was the staff. Every person we dealt with was helpful, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we enjoyed our stay. Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the Red Deer Resort & Casino to anyone visiting the area. Five stars all the way!"
