"Just came back from Turks and Caicos and our stay at the Strand. I can say enough great things bout this property. So beautiful. Our room was so big and just amazing. The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road. We rented a car and went around the island."

"Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!"

Almost as if it was a hassle to ask for a drink at the pool: had to wait an hour for a pool menus. Then at the beach barely anyone going around for drink requests. "This location was perfect it was away from all the tourist chaos. Beach access to bight reef with, paddle boarding, snorkeling gear, and kayaks. Hotel staff were super kind and helpful. Our hotel room was newly upgraded and have everything we needed including washer and dryer."

"Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!"

"This property is under the Marriott and I could see that it hasn't been updated in a while. The building didn't have the luxury that I was paying for. The furniture and upholstery were old in the room and in the seating areas. The spa was small and didn't offer any updated features that I've even seen in the Marriott location in Arizona. The staff were great, except when it was time to check out, they didn't handle me properly as I was given an extra hour for late check out and they sent...

The front desk staff and restaurant personnel are both friendly and accommodating. However, the condition of the rooms is disappointing. The room I occupied lacked soundproofing; noises such as children shouting, footsteps from the upstairs guests, and conversations in the hallway were clearly audible and echoed into the room....
