"We stayed for 6 days, there was no housekeeping to change towels or sheets. The floors needed a sweeping but there were no cleaning supplies or brooms. Our unit had a washing machine but no dryer. The list of amenities say there is an espresso machine but there was only a kettle. Only hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied in the bathroom, no other toiletries. "Room was clean and comfortable. Continental Breakfast was very good. The location was convenient and less than 10 minute walk to Villa Borghese. Front desk helped with taxis, and fares were under 20 euro to the colosseum and Vatican. We used the hotel recommendation for transfer from the airport, and the driver was courteous, on time and great communication."

"We reserved two rooms about 5 or 6 monthsago. Upon arrival we were shocked to learn it was one room only! The owner livia sent us to another place that was disgusting! I did not sleep a wink! I don’t feel O was compensated appropriately! She said it is rated as 2 and her place is similar. Her place is clean and inviting. NOT that other place. I’d like to discuss this with someone further. "
