"We like the convenience to the services we need when we visit the area. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Air conditioner was good. Bed was comfortable however I like a hard pillow, but my fault that I didn’t ask. I’m sure they would be accommodating."

Holiday Inn Express Charleston-Civic Center by IHG
"Very disappointed when we got to our room and there wasn't a coffee machine. The online photo showed a Keurig in the room. Worse, the room wasn't cleaned after 2 days! I had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and towels. And they had the nerve to ask $10/night extra for parking."
