Albergo nuovo ben arredato con piacevole piccola piscina, personale accogliente specie i manutentori e il concierge, stanza troppo piccola e rumorosa a causa di porta comunicante con altra stanza; lavello del bagno minuscolo, colazione non all’altezza del prezzo e non ben organizzata come assistenza del personale, parcheggio a pagamento non coperto e troppo piccolo. Costo complessivo non adeguato ai servizi.

La struttura è comoda con piccola spa carina e bellissima piscina in giardino esterno. Il ristorante è molto bello e le camere con vista mare sono altrettanto piacevoli. In alcune cose un pochino démodé, ma complessivamente nulla da eccepire. Un ottimo soggiorno.

Gutes Resort mit sehr nettem Personal. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Einige Services wurden aber wegen Covid-19 nicht angeboten (kein Spa, kein beheizter Pool, reduzierter Restaurantbetrieb, usw.). Es wurde bei der Buchung nirgends darauf hingewiesen, dass diverse Services nicht angeboten werden.

Feels like Plattenbau

Name und Bilder täuschen, das Hotel ist eher klein bis mittelgross und nicht diese Art Spa Ressorts, wie man es etwa aus den Alpen kennt. Viel eher erinnern Art, Bau und Qualität an Urlaub im Block - da ist kein Extra, kaum einer gibt sich Mühe und kein Komfort wird geboten (nur ein kleiner Aussenpool, der Rest ist zu). Konkret: Positiv: - schönes Entree - teils beschattete Parkplätze Negativ: - Kleine, spärliche Zimmer. Die sogenannte Junior Suite entsprach einem ganz normalen Zimmer, auch ohne die üblichen Extras, die man sonst in diesen Zimmern erwarten könnte. - Enorm hellhörig: von überall scheppert und schallt es bis tief in die Nacht. - das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe. Kaum Auswahl, Brot ständig aus, Kaffee lässt ewig auf sich warten, übervoller kleiner Saal...trotz Corona und obwohl das Hotel nebendran einem viel grösseren Saal hätte. - unfreundliche, lustlose Mitarbeiter; mit Ausnahme einer der Frühstückhelfer, der sich alle Mühe gibt. - gute Aussicht nur in Etage 4 und 5; und auch dort nur in den nach vorne gerichteten Zimmern. Tipp: macht nicht den gleichen Fehler wie wir. In der Umgebung ist Qualität schwer zu finden - viele 3Sterne-Häuser sind diesem hier aber weit überlegen.
Die Junior Suite ist nicht das, was man andernorts darunter versteht
