"This place is perfect for a certain type of folks. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated its affordability. Not much A/C and comfortable with no frills, except for the great pool area. Kind and helpful staff. Safe, quiet and lots of families. If you’re not high maintenance you will think it’s perfect."

"Everything was just fantastic! I highly suggest you stay here. The location is exceptionally convenient and extremely clean, and the staff is invaluable and kind. It is just one block away to the left of the Monaco boundaries, and the Grand Casino and Mall are a very few blocks away!"

"We chose this apartment hotel for its proximity to the Nice-Ville train station and points of interest in Nice within walking distance. We were met at the front desk by Akhmed, our multilingual, hospitable host. The other two men who managed and supervised the hotel were clearly active in fixing problems and meeting the needs of the guests. There is an elevator. "Great property with 2 swimming pools with amazing view over the port. 20 minutes walk from the centre of Antibes old town. Both pools great sizes and view from rooftop pool amazing. Great to have an apartment and a small supermarket and boulangerie less than 5 minutes walk. Only point if you are going to cook maybe bring drying up cloth and a small washing up liquid or you have to buy at the supermarket. "

"CHOOSE THIS PLACE! Look no further. We were miserable in an accommodation in Genoa, Italy and needed to escape for the day. We took the train and Uber’d here. The staff greeted us warmly, stowed our bags until the room was ready (3 pm check in) and invited us to enjoy the rooftop pool and restaurant. The service up top was impeccable from our waiter. Towels were available, and the view of the coast was stunning. This property is beach front. More over, this is one of the very few beachfront properties with a private beach area where you can reserve lounge chairs. You need to reserve. They were booked online when we checked in, but reception called and was able to reserve chairs for our family of four. This level of service literally brought tears to my eyes. The accommodations were impeccable. We reserved a junior suite (?) with a Mountain View. It was on the highest level (7) and was amazing. King size bed and a separate living room with a double sofa bed. Staff had already folded the sofa out and made up the bed for our two children, upon arrival. There were two bathrooms in the suite, one with a toilet, bidet and sink and the other with a shower, bathtub and sink. Two large closets. And a beautiful and long patio with a table/four chairs and two lounge chairs. We watched the sunset over the mountains. I am currently writing this review while sipping on a Santa Rita spritz on a beach lounge chair looking out at the Mediterranean Sea. I repeat, CHOOSE THIS PLACE! "
