"Did not stay as weren’t able to enter building. Was given no code entry. No room number or code to enter room "

"This place was nice and convenient to the train station. Clean, staff friendly, although not around when I checked out so just left the keys on the desk (I hope that was ok?), but were there when I checked in, thank goodness, Bimbi carried my bags up the many stairs (although there was a lift if needed). The room was huge, and air con worked well. Only down side was the window shutters were broken so let in first light. Other than that, all good."

"Nice room but a bit dated and clean enough but now without flaws. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had little variety."

"ArtDeco style, polished & clean. I liked the beautiful wood doors. "

"The check in was a breeze. The breakfast was the typical breakfast in Italy with Italian cakes, cut up fruits, sliced local Kraft type cheese, yogurt, Italian croissants (home made), toast bread, and Italian cookies. When asked the hotel staff to fix the wifi internet the person who worked when we were checking out said...

"Our stay was wonderful -- everything was exactly as stated. The room and bathroom were clean. All requests were taken care of quickly and with great communication! The area is quiet and very convenient to the train station/bus station. There is a grocery store across the street that was very helpful when we needed a few items on our trip. It was also within 10 minutes of walking to the city center. We enjoyed our stay very much!"
